We hope you love every piece from Mia Barcelona. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
At this time, Mia Barcelona does not offer exchanges. We offer refunds or store credit instead.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unused
- Items must be free from stains, makeup, perfume, or signs of wear
- All original tags must remain attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging when possible
All returned items are carefully inspected before any refund is issued.
Mia Barcelona reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If the item is faulty or incorrect, Mia Barcelona will cover return shipping
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Processing Fee
A small processing fee of 5% may be deducted from refunds to cover handling, inspection, and payment processing costs.
No processing fee applies if:
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was received
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We’re so sorry if something arrived less than perfect.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the item
Once approved, we will arrange: A full refund, or Store credit
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items showing signs of wear
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Store credit is issued via email
